Here's what to expect, step by step, from the first call to a finished install.
1. Design consultation
A designer comes to your home for anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the space and the details involved. We take precise measurements of the space and talk through what you need it to do — what you're storing, how you get dressed or organize your gear, and what's frustrating about the space today.
2. Design
From those measurements and that conversation, our designer builds a detailed 3D rendering of your space, covering the full layout, finishes, accessories and lighting. You see and approve the exact design, with a firm quote, before anything is built.
3. Production
Once you approve the design, we build it in our own manufacturing facility in Suffield, Connecticut — with quality control at every stage, since the same company building it is the one standing behind it.
4. Installation
Our own trained installers put everything in place, do a final quality check, and clean up before handing the space back to you. No subcontractors at any step.
